City Transfer The Easiest Way I've found to do a city Transfer is as Follows
1. Have Player taking city reinforce with ARCHERS and Move your trips somewhere else and move any hero's you would like to keep.
2. Levy Gold
3. Set Tax rate to 20%
4. Levy Gold
5. Set Tax rate to 40%
6. Levy Gold
7. Set Tax rate to 60%
8. Levy Gold
9. Set Tax rate to 80%
10. Destroy All walls except Abastis...this ensures there are still some wall defences when the new owner takes over.
11. Get booted out of alliance have attacker send.
12. Levy Gold
13. Set Tax rate to 100%
Note Setting Tax rate to 20,40,60,80% ensures that loyalty will drop at an even rate and you will be able to Levy the city once it hits 20% Loyalty and it will go to zero with out any issue or longer wait times.

if u dont play the market u can lose marks to , i would say keep them and use them , as for Inns u only need 1.
it can b a pain if u need afew heros and they have to travel 100 miles to a city , but if u hav 10 Inns and u only need 1 thats 9 spots for barr or cotts u got free.
With all level 10 cottages, the following number of cottages is recommended for archer production:
Hero with attack 222 and below, archer in 40 seconds or more: 6 cottages, no need for population comfort
Hero with attack 223-543, archer in 8-39 seconds: 6 cottages
Hero with attack 544-570, archer in 7 seconds: 7 cottages, production capability 209k archers/day/town
Hero with attack 571-601, archer in 6 seconds: 8 cottages, production capability 230k archers/day/town
Hero with attack 602-637, archer in 5 seconds: 9 cottages, production capability 259k archers/day/town
Hero with attack 638-681, archer in 4 seconds: 10 cottages, production capability 302k archers/day/town
Hero with attack 682-739, archer in 3 seconds: 12 cottages, production capability 345k archers/day/town

Hero is everything in Evony! To fight well, you need troops, and to train troops fast, you need a good attack hero. To build and research fast, you also need good politics and intel heroes. You should focus on getting good heroes and train your heroes quickly
For beginners, hero training is done by sending the hero to attack NPC's 5, gaining about 90k experience each attack. This should allow you to uplevel your best hero to level 100 or so reasonably quickly.
To speed up the upleveling of your best heroes, Your best attack hero would attack NPC once every hour instead every 8 hours. Note that hitting a NPC once an hour still gives the hero the full 90k experience, but the resource obtained is only 1/8 of what it should be when the NPC is
Training attack hero with NPC 10
At level around 100, you need 1m experience to gain one level, or about 10 npc 5 hits. Upleveling using NPC 5 becomes too slow to be practical. You need to let the hero to attack NPC 10 to gain experience instead. The hero gains about 1.8m experience each NPC 10 attack.
As hitting NPC 10 costs troops, you should first focus on training only one hero, and use this one hero to train troops in *all* your towns. While the hero is trained at only one town, all other towns should be involved in getting troops for that training. Only after you have more troops than you need to train your best hero, you can start training other heroes.
Let's assume that your training town has just 4 NPC 10 within 1 miles and with As traveling 1 mile with transports takes 12 minutes round trip, you hit 4 NPC within one hour, gaining about 7.2m experience. It would take you about 40 days at this rate to reach level 600. If you attack NPCs 10 without transports, you can hit a few more NPC's 10 per hour.
If you have excalibur, it's best to use it early, when your hero still has level below 200. At this stage, you normally don't have enough archers to train your hero continuously. Having excalibur helps speeding troop queuing, and thus speeding up hero training.
As your best hero level upward, you should continuously change your towns, removing barracks to add cottages.
Attacking NPC 10 when the hero has level around 100 sometimes results in total lost. Keep on training your hero and it'll quickly pass the stage where total lost happens.
